She helps organizations with training material, strategy for setting up e-learning teams, technical writing, marketing collateral and website content. While her clients are mostly MNCs, she personally likes working with start-ups for their training and documentation needs.

A passionate sports lover, Dhwani is a former National level Football player and a State Level Track & Field athlete. A physiotherapist by education, Dhwani worked at Mumbai FC with the youth teams before she made the switch to sports management in 2017. Since then, she has been a part of organising team that successfully delivered the FIFA U-17 World Cup India 2017 first and later was also a part of the team that put together the Odisha Hockey Men's World Cup Bhubaneswar 2018. She joined OGQ in 2019 and is a part of the Strategic Initiatives team.

Jyoti works as the research and analysis manager at OGQ. A bachelor in Philosophy from Miranda House, Delhi University, Jyoti has also done her MBA from IIM Raipur. A major in Marketing, her core strength lies in research. In her previous stint, she worked on research projects at the Future Group. Always eager to learn and experiment, she is an art-enthusiast.

Nikhil is a sport scientist and physio therapist at SportsMed Activ in Mumbai. He is a former head of Sports Science and Rehab at Olympic Gold Quest where he worked with Olympic medallists like Gagan Narang, Mary Kom, and Saina Nehwal. He completed his Masters in Sports & Exercise Science from University of Roehampton, London.

Pawan is the Director at Gun For Glory Shooting Academy in Pune, Joint Secretary at NRAI and the Assistant Coach for the Indian shooting team. A former national level rifle shooter, Pawan also has experience and expertise in equipment control, testing pellets and ammunition for rifles and pistols. He was in the jury of Equipment Control for Commonwealth Games 2010. He has also worked with the World Military Games, Commonwealth youth games and National Level Competitions.

He is currently Head Coach at Pullela Gopichand Badminton Academy, Chief Coach for the Hyderabad Hotshots Indian Badminton League team and Coach for the Hyderabad Hunters Premier Badminton League team. A B.Tech Graduate, he has been coaching for 12 years at the Gopichand Academy, Hyderabad and for 7 years in Jubilee Hills International Club, Hyderabad.
She is a coach-mentor to a diverse set of people - CXOs, entrepreneurs, sportspersons, and students. She is an alumna of IIM Calcutta and has ran a full-service HR consulting firm – ‘Inputs’ for more than 2 decades. She sits on the board of several organisations including Sukam, Chintan, SOS Villages and Growth for All. She is deeply involved with several professional organizations like TiE Delhi/NCR. Sudha also chairs the Special Interest group for Sports and Fitness.

Vaibhav is an out and out sports enthusiast. He is an alumnus of IIT Roorkee (2008). He was previously heading the Research and Analysis team at OGQ. He also worked in the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India in the Target Olympic Podium (TOP) Scheme. He had also co-founded two startups in the sports & fitness sector.
