Amit holds a Doctorate in Management from Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon.
Dharuni is a Content Specialist with over 22 years of experience. She helps organizations with training material, strategy for setting up e-learning teams, technical writing, marketing collateral and website content. While her clients are mostly MNCs, she personally likes working with start-ups for their training and documentation needs.

A passionate sports lover, Dhwani is a former National level Football player and a State Level Track & Field athlete. A physiotherapist by education, Dhwani worked at Mumbai FC with the youth teams before she made the switch to sports management in 2017. Since then, she has been a part of organising team that successfully delivered the FIFA U-17 World Cup India 2017 first and later was also a part of the team that put together the Odisha Hockey Men's World Cup Bhubaneswar 2018. She joined OGQ in 2019 and is a part of the Strategic Initiatives team.
Research & Analysis Manager at OGQ
Jyoti works as the research and analysis manager at OGQ. A bachelor in Philosophy from Miranda House, Delhi University, Jyoti has also done her MBA from IIM Raipur. A major in Marketing, her core strength lies in research. In her previous stint, she worked on research projects at the Future Group. Always eager to learn and experiment, she is an art-enthusiast.
Sport scientist and physio therapist at SportsMed Activ
Nikhil is a sport scientist and physio therapist at SportsMed Activ in Mumbai. He is a former head of Sports Science and Rehab at Olympic Gold Quest where he worked with Olympic medallists like Gagan Narang, Mary Kom, and Saina Nehwal. He completed his Masters in Sports & Exercise Science from University of Roehampton, London.
Co-Founder and Director at the Gagan Narang Sports Promotion Foundation
He is a co-founder and Director at the Gagan Narang Sports Promotion Foundation. He has been selected as a Jury Member for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, making him the first ever Indian in Shooting Sports to have achieved this feat at the Olympics. Previously, he has also been the former Coach for the Indian Shooting team (2007- 2012). A former national level rifle shooter, Pawan is the also Member of ISSF (International Shooting sports Federation) judges committee, Instructor- ISSF Judges. He has been awarded a Silver Medal by ISSF (2018) and also awarded a Bronze Medal by ISSF 2017 for the A ISSF judges License.

He is currently Head Coach at Pullela Gopichand Badminton Academy, Chief Coach for the Hyderabad Hotshots Indian Badminton League team and Coach for the Hyderabad Hunters Premier Badminton League team. A B.Tech Graduate, he has been coaching for 12 years at the Gopichand Academy, Hyderabad and for 7 years in Jubilee Hills International Club, Hyderabad.

Organizational behaviour, core administration & programming communication would be the core pillars that define the values that Juthika brings on the table. Having been a national swimmer and a district level horse rider the switch to sports management was but natural. Aided with a masters in sports management from Coventry, London she began her career in fitness and later moved to sports management. She joined OGQ in April 2019 after completing 3+ years with the Olympians Association of India and hopes to steer her passion for Olympic sports here. Swimming gave her the operating philosophy on the larger paradigm- it stems out of the water, she has always had a firm conviction that running water never goes stale and hence the motive to always flow.
Senior SAI Badminton coach at Prakash Padukone Badminton Academy
He has an experience of over 10 years in Coaching the Indian National Team. He worked as a national coach for two years in Gopichand Academy for preparation of London Olympics 2012. He has also assisted Vimal Kumar to train Saina Nehawal from 2014 to 2017.
Strategic Initiatives Head at OGQ
Vaibhav is an out and out sports enthusiast. He is an alumnus of IIT Roorkee (2008). He was previously heading the Research and Analysis team at OGQ. He also worked in the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India in the Target Olympic Podium (TOP) Scheme. He had also co-founded two startups in the sports & fitness sector.
