Mr. Rajiv Gupta is the Managing Director and Senior Partner at Boston Consulting Group since 2019 and Leads Digital BCG in India supporting clients in Telco, Media and Technology (TMT), Consumer Goods & Retail (CGR) and Travel & Tourism.

Rajiv has worked for over 24 years as a consultant, assisting clients in UK, US, Western Europe, Africa, APAC, and India in their technology-led business transformation initiatives. He has significant expertise in digital strategy and execution, target operating model involving next-gen technology functions, setting up Analytics and Digital Centers of Excellence, and program management of large IT and digital enablement programs.

Prior to joining BCG, Rajiv worked at Accenture UK, GE and KPMG. Rajiv did his B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics from IIT Kanpur in 1995 and later completed his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad in 1997.

Ashish is a prominent leader and a global knowledge services visionary with 25 years of experience in consulting and knowledge services.

Ashish is currently the Founder & CEO at Benori Knowledge – an Insights and Data Company. After a successful career at McKinsey, Ashish founded the global KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) industry. After working at Evalueserve for 15 years, Ashish started Benori Knowledge (www.benoriknowledge.com) - a modern-age KPO. He is a founder and trustee of Ashoka University – focussed on liberal arts and Plaksha University which is in the technical domain.

Ashish completed his B.Tech graduate from IIT Delhi in 1992 and later did his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University in 1994. He is a Harvard Business School Alumni where he completed his Senior Executive Leadership Program in 2017.

Utsav Baijal is Partner and Head of India Private Equity at Apollo, where he also manages AION Capital Partners, a strategic partnership between Apollo and ICICI Bank Ltd. that advises on India-focused investments. Utsav has worked across private equity, mezzanine and credit investments across the US and Asian markets and has served on the board of directors of IGT Solutions, Clix Capital, PlanetCast Media Services, Welspun Corp, and DishTV.

Prior to joining Apollo in 2008, Utsav was with the private equity team at Bain Capital. Previously, he was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. across the New Delhi and Hong Kong offices and one of the founding members of the Firm’s corporate finance practice in India.

Utsav graduated from St. Stephen’s College/University of Delhi with a degree in Economics in 1998 and received his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA) in 2000. He is a Fellow of the Kamalnayan Bajaj Fellowship and an Aspen Fellow.

Shantanu did his B.Tech in Computer Science from NIT Nagpur in 2009 and is an IIM Lucknow 2011 alumni. Shantanu worked for over 4 years at McKinsey & Co as an Engagement Manager and later ventured into the world of entrepreneurship with Bombay Shaving Company. He is passionate about building an organization that solves for real needs, disrupts a traditional industry through technology.

Shantanu is also the External Advisor at McKinsey & Co. and helps the firm on topics related to digital commerce and consumer.

Rashmi is the founder of Cocomo.in - a brand of natural, sustainable and safe personal care products for kids and teenagers. Rashmi’s passion for providing toxin-free, natural products to kids led her to her entrepreneurial journey.

She is a seasoned banking professional with almost 15 years of experience in Axis Bank and HSBC. At HSBC, she held various senior management positions across strategy, operations, client management, learning & development, and risk assessment.

Rashmi graduated in Economics honours from Calcutta University and completed her MBA in International Banking and Finance from Birmingham University.
